Greetings, my name is Rodney.
I was born in Serbia, but I spent the majority of my life in America, where I honed my language skills. I have a college education and have worked as a translator and English teacher to foreign nationals in the United States. I've been a teacher for over 20 years.
I can prepare my students for travel, business meetings, exams or interviews. I teach English at all levels, from B1 to C1. Individuals and groups aged 12 and up are taught by me. During classes, I pay close attention to students and their needs, and I try to tailor my classes to their level of language proficiency and teach a lesson in a casual manner. My goal is to relax the student so that he or she can gain verbal experience through conversation and apply his or her knowledge as effectively as possible in various life situations. This is how motivation and confidence to use English more naturally are gained.
In my free time, I love listening to relaxing music. I am interested in art, and I love painting landscapes and seascapes in oil on canvas. I love yoga and a healthy lifestyle that makes my life more colorful and vibrant. I have been a vegan for more than three decades. I love children and family-oriented people. I like shy individuals who always try to break the ice as they show certain effort to overcome their own weaknesses.
